Blair has over 20 years' experience in the construction industry, specialising in leading complex programmes across multiple asset classes.
He has worked extensively across the public and private sectors, both as a consultant and developer, in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Previously Blair served in the British Army as a tank commander. He holds an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from Reading University and speaks French fluently.
