Paul has 35 years of experience in the electrical industry, including over 15 years in management. A time-served electrician, he has progressed through various leadership roles, gaining extensive expertise in the field. With over a decade in the renewables sector - more than five years specifically in battery storage - Paul has successfully implemented over 500MW of projects nationwide, working closely with multiple Distribution Network Operators (DNOs).

Outside of work, Paul is passionate about golf, running and obstacle course racing (OCR), enjoying the challenge and physical endurance they bring.
