Rita joined the business in 2024 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO | Office Manager, bringing over five years of experience in high-profile executive support, event coordination, and office management within the private equity sector.

Prior to joining Lower 48 Energy, Rita worked in the Operations team at MARK, a multi-platform investment manager formerly known as Meyer Bergman. During her nearly six-year tenure, she provided essential support across various sectors, including retail, office, residential, and logistics investments. Her responsibilities focused on coordinating complex operational tasks, managing executive schedules, office management, and supporting the overall growth of the firm as it managed over €9 billion in assets.
